- 19 wallball shots (9kg to 10 feet/6kg to 9 feet target)

1; Set the damper on the rowing machine to a moderate level and row at a constant rate to maintain a good pace.
2; Adjust the foot straps so that you can get in and out without any problems. Push the buckles down, feet forward, and heels up when stepping out. This means that getting out is quick and problem-free.
3; Choose a strategy for the wallballs and stick to it. Break the set from the beginning to have enough strength later in the workout.
