20 Minutes of: 40sec ON / 20sec OFF

mountain climbers
dips
Complete each exercise for 40 seconds. Rest for 20 seconds and move on to the next exercise. When you have completed all exercises, you start again with the first exercise. The whole thing lasts up to 20 minutes.
