All our packages are handled by our logistics team in Salzburg/Austria and also shipped directly from here.

For the majority of our shipments, we use GLS Austria, one of the largest parcel delivery companies and providers of special transport and logistics services.

This unique combination of human and technical resources makes us one of the most efficient supply chains in the martial arts market.

EUROPÄISCHE UNION / UK / SCHWEIZ

Standard Shipping - $15.90

Free shipping – from $119.90 order value

Shipping time: 3-5 working days

 

Rest of the world

Shipping costs differ from region to region and are displayed at the end of the ordering process.

Important NOTE: 

Shipping is always from Austria.

Each shipment has a tracking number, which is sent by email immediately after shipment.

Please note that depending on your location Import duties and taxes from the respective customs authorities can be raised. If these fees are not paid upon the arrival of the orders, all packages will be automatically returned to our warehouse.

Under no circumstances will Phantom Athletics pay for the associated costs.

- Not issue a refund to a customer who has refused to pay the associated costs.

Customs duties and all associated taxes and costs are the sole responsibility of the customer. These costs must be paid by the customer to the shipping company or local customs authority upon arrival/receipt of the goods.
