6' EMOM (Every Minute on the Minute)
10 burpees
Always do 10 burpees at the beginning of each minute. The rest of the minute is a break. Repeat for 6 minutes.
15' AMRAP (as many reps as possible)
- 20 squat jumps
- 20 gladiator push ups
- 20 jumping lunges
- 20 sit ups
Repeat for 15 minutes.
